Job Brief
Responsible for supervising team members; team training; assisting with inventory reconciliation for grain department; monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for state and federal compliance; continual process improvements; helping with business strategies and implementations.

- Assist in training newly hired customer service representatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verifies accuracy of data, works with staff to correct errors related to grain processor, producer settlements and daily grain balancing.
- Monthly Valuation report of grain inventory.
- Oversee grain contract management and reporting.
- Performs general bookkeeping work, which includes entering data, maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
- Create as needed and maintain processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates degree required or related experience
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
